Timothy Whitlock (*1996 in Tübingen) is an academic, musician and conceptual artist bridging the gap between synthetic mood making and critical theory. His scholarly work is mainly focused on 20th century theory and fiction as well as their relation to the rapidly changing economics and politics of that century. He also self-releases his music under the alias Sonderbar and is a founding member of art collective Unit 404 as well as its speculative art project Not Found. He works and lives in Berlin.
