With the help of a trained machine vision algorithm, visitors can have the AI ChatGPT analyze various reproductions by German artist Horst Janssen. A computer-generated voice reads out an art-historical classification of the respective image that has been placed under the webcam inside the box.

Concept
Gordon Endt presents the results of eight months of work at Studio 10 in the city center. He explored the question of how a city can become a protagonist and combined impressions from conversations with Oldenburg residents to create a subjective portrait of the city. The result is a hybrid of digital film and interactive video game, straddling the boundary between creativity, life, and exhibition. The unique feature of the film is that each viewing is unique. Viewers find themselves in a virtual version of Oldenburg and can actively shape the course of the film. They can move freely in the game and encounter stories and events that the artist has collected and transformed. Gordon Endt, a scholarship holder at the Oldenburg Art School, has been living in Oldenburg since April.
